29 and holding!!

Well....yesterday was my birthday!! It was a rather uneventful day actually...I stayed home with my 2...nearly 3 year old...and sorted clothes for the boys (out with Winter gear and in with Spring/Summer attire)...let me tell you....that was a job! Other than that the only things I did was to pick my 4 year old up from school and then go to church last night!! Like I said...uneventful! Okay...now to catch up on everything since my last post!! I'll start with books!! I have read several so hold on tight...this could be a wild ride!! I finished the Life As We Knew It series...with The Dead and the Gone and This World We Live In! This series is over all kinda depressing! It so makes you think....what would you do...and in lieu of all the natural disasters occurring as of late it seems almost too real...I thought it was an interesting contrast between the first 2 books of the characters...where one has no religious beliefs at all and the other's survival is based mainly on their belief in God...and hoping against hope that there is a way to survive and that there is something better! After the seriousness of that series I decided I needed a good vampire love story....so I read the Vampire Academy series...(all but Last Sacrifice...I haven't been able to get my hands on that one yet)...and I absolutely LOVED it!! I am seriously contemplating buying the whole series....just in case I want to go back and read them again!! After that I read Darkest Mercy....it was an amazing...and a little bit crazy...end to the Wicked Lovely series....as always there is always unexpected death and crazy twists that you don't see until they hit you full on in the face...(but honestly is anything unexpected)...sometimes things happen and you're like...did THAT JUST HAPPEN?!? But it all comes together to make a strong end to a roller coaster story ride!! My next selection was Matched...I had heard mixed reviews on this one...but I really enjoyed it...I love the way they fight the system...and how in every experiment (life) there is always unexpected variables mixed in with the control group!! I can't wait to see how things all play out in the next book!! Then there was I Am Number Four....such a good book...really....I wasn't sure about this one either...but in the end I was pleasantly surprised! This is going to be an interesting and intriguing series to read...can't wait for the next book!! Next read....If I Stay....it was a different kind of read for me....it was about the power of love and the effect it has in our lives!! This is another one that has me wanting to read the next installment!! Okay....now for one of my all time favs....well....of the moment....Insatiable!! I really just saw this at the library and thought....hmm....I think I'll read this....and I am SO glad that I did!!! There was vampires, and vampire hunters...love and hate....and romance...unexpected alliances...and it was just very entertaining....I eagerly await the next book in the series!! And finally....the last 2 books I've read are both by the same fantastic author....Cassandra Clare!! Clockwork Angel....and City of Fallen Angels! I absolutely LOVED Clockwork Angel....I loved both Jem and Will...and of course Tessa....it was good to see an appearance form Magnus too!! And then City of Fallen Angels was just what I was expecting....but not really!! I knew there was going to be something to try to rip Jace and Clary apart....but as to what...I was totally like....WHAT?!?! Yeah..it was like that!! And of course it ends with a cliff-hanger....but I was a little prepared for it since my sister had forewarned me of being like....it's gonna end like that...and I've gotta wait til next year to see what happens next?!? And so.....that gets you up to date on my reading excursions!! Now on to more important things....like how my REAL life is going!! lol....I am still into the job hunt....I am pursuing a few promising leads as of now and hopefully will hear back soon on at least one of them!! As far as my study time that I had set forth to improve....it's been a slow going process...but I'm making progress!! Something that has been a huge help getting me back on track was joining in a ladies Bible study class on Mondays at church!! It gives me a set thing to study and I have been doing pretty good at getting my study done. I am really enjoying the study not just for content but also for the principle of getting real with God and seeking him out and listening to what He is telling me through not only the scriptures involved but the life experiences that are being brought to light!! The study we are doing is Jonah: Navigating a Life Interrupted by Priscilla Shirer! This is not the first one of her studies that I've done. I really enjoy the way she just puts things out there...no sugar coating...no playing it up...she's just real and plainly just speaks the word of God!! After this study is complete I may go back and redo one of the studies I've previously done...I like to do that from time to time to see how God has moved!! To see how my life situations have changed....or in some cases...stayed the same!! It's always amazing to see my God at work....especially when I get involved!! What to do...what to do?!?

Okay...well I think I'll start with books and just go from there!! lol....well I've been reading the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson...I am loving this series so far...I've read the first 4 books and I can't wait to get my hands on the next one...but I have to wait until the library gets it back in....so until then I'll be reading The Lost Saint....which is the second in the Dark Divine series by Bree Despain....and Absolution...the third and final book in the Heavenly series by Jennifer Laurens!! By the time I finish these 2 books I should have received the book I just won in a giveaway on goodreads....woo hoo...gotta love free books!! But...you know....as excited as I get about reading these books....there is one book I need to be more excited about reading...and that my friends....is the Bible!! I "try" to get my bible study time in every day....but quite frankly "trying" is not good enuf!! I have really been struggling lately with the whole jobless...feel like I should be doing something but not knowing what kinda thing!! And I know that only when I fully and totally seek God will He fully reveal to me what it is that I need to be doing...so here's the plan: I am going to make it a point to start my day with study and prayer...then during "nap time" for my toddler I am going to do a little more study and prayer time....then maybe after the boys go to bed at night I can do a little leisure reading....this is NOT going to be an easy adjustment to make and I know it...due to my selfish, fun-loving nature...but I know that I need to make God more of a priority in my life....THE priority of my life!! God doesn't want my life to be all work and no play....but He wants to be first in my life and if I keep Him first then He will provide time and allow for all the other fun stuff I often put before Him!! (Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you)! Now, I'll leave you with a prayer...Dear God, thank you for loving me...I pray that I would make and keep you as priority in my life....each and every day....I know that I am by no means perfect and I know that I will more than likely fail...but I pray that you would place a strong desire in my heart to diligently seek after you above all things...I love you Lord...Amen!!

Okay...so this week is...well...I'm not really sure what!! It's going to be AWESOME!! I could take this time to complain about things going wrong...like the dryer dying and the truck being in the shop....or the fact that sometimes I feel like I should be doing more to support the family and since I'm not I feel like a failure....but honestly....all these things don't really matter....and are mainly just a fleeting thought that crosses my mind once in a while!! I'm not going to let these things that don't really amount to much drag me down simply because that's what satan would like for them to do....and I'm not going to give him the satisfaction!! What I've decided to focus my time on are making memories with my boys...today I had a picnic with my 2 year old....we just took a blanket out in the front yard and had sandwiches and chips....I wouldn't have traded that for anything in the world! Then tonight he asked me if we could have another picnic in our yard!! He is so sweet and I thank God for the daily blessings in my life!! All I can say is don't get hung up on the minor inconveniences that gets thrown your way....if you keep your focus on Christ and watch for His blessing in your life the other stuff will just fade into the background!!

Today is another beautiful day, the sun is shining and there's just a slight breeze blowing....I am SO excited that Spring is finally arriving!! This means a lot more time playing outside with my boys! They love going to the park.....and I love to take them! They are so much fun...I LOVE being a mommy!! Sure there are times when they try my patience and drive me crazy...but in the next moment they can give you a smile that melts your heart....and then they say those magic words "I love you mommy"....those are the moments you cherish forever!!

Okay....now that I've totally gone all mushy mommy on you....lets change gears!!

BOOKS!!! I so totally LOVE to read!! I may have mentioned this before....but....it's true! I just read a sneak peek at the first chapter of a book I am very anxiously awaiting!! Illusions by Aprilynne Pike....I am SUPER EXCITED about this book! It comes out the day before my birthday....talk about a great birthday gift!! So...yeah....I'm thinking about going back and re-reading Wings and Spells again before I get Illusions....these are some of my all time favorite books! *sigh*

I will be making a library run this week...I am needing more books to read! I really hope they've gotten some of the books back in so I can finish some of the series I've started! I am also feeling a book purchase coming on soon....but honestly....I've been trying to hold out until my birthday and maybe I'll either get some of the books I want or better yet get B&N gift cards....yeah...I've got it bad!! Well...enough about me...let's get back to enjoying this beautiful day!!

Busy...busy...busy

WOW...I've had lots going on...definitely staying busy!! Housework seems to never be done....I mean I had no idea we had that many clothes...or dishes!! lol....but I guess it makes sense....I mean we wear clothes everyday and with me and a little one home everyday we dirty up a lot of dishes!! I've also been filling out job applications and tweaking my resume...hopefully one of these apps will pay off!! I've also been working with selling Mary Kay! It always seems that I have enough orders to cover whatever expense needs to be paid...God always provides!! When I've had free time during the day....mainly during "nap" time....I do some reading! My most recent reads have been the Uglies series by Scott Westerfield. I have really enjoyed it! I am reading the 4th book now...Extras. Next on my reading list is Life As We Know It...by Susan Beth Pfeffer! Well...time to get lunch started and to unload and reload the dishwasher...and to fold another load of laundry....and vacuum...and dust...and.....well...you get the idea!!

Okay, I mentioned before that lost of things good and bad have been happening in my life....I'll fill you in on just a few! Okay....in January I was the lay director for a girls high school Chrysalis...it was a LOT of work getting the team together but SO worth it in the end! God blessed me more than I thought possible...it is always so AWESOME to see God at work...but to actually be able to take part in it....I have no words! Many friendships were rekindled as well as new ones formed and I am thankful for each one! Also, I have begun working with the youth at church. God has placed a passion on my heart for the youth not only in my church but in our community and God has asked me to be available to Him and His ministries! This is something I have been struggling with for quite some time...being available...not that I didn't want to be but that I wasn't able to be. Just a few weeks ago God made this possible in a way that may seem less than ideal...but I praise Him in this time of need and struggle. I lost my job of 7 years and while it hurt I was also relieved...it was like a weight had been removed from my shoulders. I know that God's got a bigger better plan for me...I just have to be faithful in seeking Him and He will reveal it to me in His time! So...you'd think I would get a chance to relax and take it easy...but I've been staying home with my 2 year old and for the past week I've had my 4 year old niece!! Let's just say I have undoubtedly discovered that I do NOT have a future in childcare...lol...I am enjoying this time I get to spend with my kids and even my sisters kids...but I am looking forward to what God has planned for me!! I guess that's all for now but I'll catch you again...real soon!!

back in the swing of things

WOW...okay...so it's been 8 months since I've blogged...but I have decided to give it another try! I used to blog about scrapbooking and daily life...but I have not scrapped in quite the while and....well....life has been happening...things both good and bad....but thru it all I know I am blessed!! I have found a new hobby to fill my time and that is reading!! I honestly can't remember howmany books I read last year but I've set a goal of 80 books this year....I shouldn't have any problems reaching that goal....as I've already read 16 books and 2 novellas....I am currently reading "A Great and Terrible Beauty"...I've only started it so I haven't really gotten a feel for it yet! A few others i have read this year are: The Pretty Little Liars series, A Kiss in Time, The Tiger's Curse, The Iron Queen, Deadly Little Games and Night Star....and others! Vacation Bible School

We have had VBS this week @ church! And honestly I wasn't that excited about it...but by night 2 my attitude was changing...and night 3 was awesome...my sister and i taught the bible lesson that night....tonight...night 4 was a little of a challenge for me! I helped in the preschool class and that's where my kids are! They invited their cousin so they thought they needed to act crazy....that's why I was asked to stay in there tonight! But you know...honestly I love all those kids...sure they try your patience and push the limits to see how far you'll let them go or what they can get away with...but all they really need and are looking for is love! That is my goal....not only during VBS but all the time....to love these kids (mine and others) to Jesus!! God bless you all, G'nite!

Summertime!!

Well...Summer is finally here.....and man is it HOT!! So far we've had a good Summer! We went to Arkansas on a mission trip....it was super HOT there....but we had a great time...and worked hard!! We helped to build a church in Mammoth Spring! It was no where near smooth sailing....but God always has a reason for the things that happen...and I've learned no to question Him!! Well...at least not to question Him too much!! Now my Summer will be filled with weekends playing outside with my boys! My boys love to play outside....and I like to soak up the sun! Happy Days

You know what I realized tonight.....I don't get out much!! My husband and I went out to supper with a friend!!! We went to a new place in town called Happy Days.....it's a nice place. The food was good, the atmosphere was too.....but the company was better!! We sat there chatting it up as we ate and as we had dessert......then we just kept sitting there talking......before we knew it we had been there for 3 hours!! Those are the times that you make memories that last a lifetime....when you don't have time limits and you can just let the good times roll. That's the way life should be....forget about all the things you "think" you have to do and make time for your friends....you won't regret it!!

Okay, so last night was our first night of our aerobics class at church......and it SO kicked my butt!! I have really let myself get out of shape over teh holidays! I am ready to get back on track. When it gets a little warmer out I want to get back into running....I really miss it!! Not only does it keep me in shape but it gives me time to think about and reflect on things!!

Update on our new ladies bible study....I LOVE IT!! We are doing the study Me, Myself & Lies by Jennifer Rothschild. It has really opened my eyes to a lot of things. I can't wait to see what I learn this week!!

Winter Wonderland

Wow, today it has snowed pretty much all day. It was pretty to watch from the drive thru window at the bank....but then after they salted the roads it became sludge!! YUCK!! By the time I got off work it was refreezing and the roads were getting slick! It's supposed to snow all night and all day again tomorrow....I wonder how much we will end up getting?!?

unfourtunately we had to call off our aerobics class for tonight due to the bad roads....but I'll be just as excited to get started next week!!

Well....my youngest has the chicken pox....poor little guy! The only thing that gives it away is that he's broke out. No other symptoms and he doesn't act like they bother him. Now I just have to wait and see if my oldest ends up with them too?!? Lucky for me they stay with my mother-in-law during the day....so we can still take them to the sitter.

We began our new women's study at chirch last night. We are doing "Me, Myself & Lies" by Jennifer Rothschild. I am super excited about it.

I know my thoughts are really random tonight but this is just how my brain works!!

Okay so it's been way too long since I've blogged....but I have decided it's time to start again in 2010!! That's right...I am not really making resolutions so to speak....but I am making lifestyle changes!! First and most important....I am going to get back into a daily bible study routine, I am also going to get back into some kind of shape....other than BLAH!! My first step to do that is starting an aerobics class at church....it's only once a week but until I can get back into running (it's way too cold outside) this will get the ball rolling!! I am also going to do my best to keep my blog better updated......a lot has been going on since I last blogged....there are books I've read, movies I've seen, my kids have grown...a little....and Thanksgiving and Christmas have come and gone....not to mention 2009!! Can you believe it's a brand new year....2010!! I will have been out of high school 10 years in May!! Time really flies by....I think it gets faster each year!! I am SO excited to find out what all this year has in store for me and my family! Well, I guess that's all for now...but I promise to keep you up to date!!

Where the heck have I been?!?

Okay so it's been way too long since I've posted anything on here....a lot has happened...I had a birthday, my youngest son had his first birthday, I had my anniversary, My husbands birthday, and in a few weeks my oldest son will be 3!!! Yikes.....and those are just a few things......between having to find a new babysitter, buying a new truck, going on a Mission Trip, taking a trip to the zoo, almost buying a house......the list goes on and on......but the thing that is still on my mind....mainly because I have become obsessed....is the fact that I got hooked on the Twilight Saga books!!! Yeah, I know they are just book....but they are 4 of the best books I've ever read! I have actually read them 3 times already....I had to loan them out to get them out of the house so I wouldn't be compelled to read them again!! The crazy thing is that they never get old....I actually think I enjoy them more each time I read them!! Yeah....it's okay if you laugh at me and think that I've lost my mind.....because I know I have and I often laugh at myself!! I would definitely recommend reading the books to anyone who hasn't. They keep you wanting more!! That's all for now.....but I'll try not to wait so long between posts!!

Derby Day!!

Honestly, I have no idea what any of the horses names are this year....I had actually forgot all about the Derby!! I guess I've been distracted with a sick baby...I guess that's what happens when you have young children!! We'll probably just stay home and maybe watch the race if we can convince our 2 year old that watching the horses will be more exciting than Mickey Mouse or Handy Manny!! I love 'em but they wear me out!! I just realize that I need to upload some new pictures of my boys...I'll have to try to remember to do that soon....today my youngest actually took about 4 steps without holding on to anything...then he clapped for himself...he is so cute....my oldest is going through the whole potty training battle....he will go when we are at home but not for the babysitter or if we are at church or somewhere....I know this just takes time but sometimes I think he's just trying to be stubborn!! Boys will be boys I guess!! Anyway, I love my boys!

It's ME....I know what you're thinking.....I'm thinking it too....where the heck have I been? I still don't even know what has kept me away.....but I do know I have been super busy!! I am getting excited about all of the Summer activities that will soon be getting started....not to mention the fact that I will be able to play with the boys outside!! My youngest will be 1 year old next month and he will be walking any day now!! My oldest is getting so smart....he remembers everything. He is 2 1/2. I can't believe how the time has flown by since I've been a mom!! I wouldn't change it for the world!! Well, I guess I better go....I've got laundry calling my name....and the boys need a bath! A mothers work is never done!!

that I caught up my blog!! I have been way busy and tired...my husband has been out of town since Sunday night so all of my free time has been taken up with caring for my 2 boys! By the time they would go down for the night I was so drained that I thought it best to do the same...plus the fact that my husband took our lap top with him so I actually had to borrow my dad's....I am so excited because my husband will be home tomorrow...the boys will be so excited to see him and so will I!! Hopefully I'll be able to get back in the groove of keeping my blog updated!! Crap....I was so going to post some pictures of my boys....and then I realized....I have my dad's computer and all my pictures are on my computer!!! Oh well that's life....at least I have a computer to use!!

Wow this week has really flown by!! I can't believe I haven't blogged since Monday! Needless to say i have lots to catch up on!! I have new pictures to post of my beautiful boys and my new hair cut...I promise I'll get them uploaded tomorrow!! I am excited because tomorrow is scrap day at my sister's house!! We are trying to plan one every month! It seems like forever since I've been able to get all my stuff out and actually put some pages together...geez I am so far behind on my scapbooking...I'm still working on pictures of my oldest...I haven't even started with my youngest yet...heck I never even finished my wedding album!! Mainly because I needed to get some pictures copied and then life happened and it's been one thing after another ever since!! I love my life...I just wish I had time to scrap it!!

Wow...this weekend flew by...maybe it was the fact that I was taking care of a sick baby...or maybe the face that we lost and hour of sleep (daylight savings) or maybe it's a combination of both!! Whatever the reason I was just too busy and tired to get much done at all!! Oh well...if I got everything that needed to be done...done...then I wouldn't have anything left to do!! I did break the ol' camera out and get a few pictures of my boys....so I'll get those posted soon...but for now I just want to say how BEAUTIFUL the day was and praise GOD for the beauty of his creation!!

This week has seemed to last forever...and finally the long awaited weekend has arrived!!

Oh my word...I was going back through some of my pictures and thought I would compare these two...the scrapbooked page is of pictures right before I went to the hospital when I was in labor with my first born...and the second picture is a day or two before i went into labor with my second baby boy...Geez...look at that big baby bump...it's hard to believe that my belly actually got that big...it never seemed to look that big while i was pregnant...but looking back...WOW!!

Today my husband took our 9 month old to the doctor today...he has an ear infection :( Poor little guy...this is his third this winter...I can't wait until the weather gets warm and stays that way...well...hopefully tomorrow he will feel better...he is on an anti-biotic and has to take nebulizer treatments every 6 hours...but he does pretty good with it!

We have started the grueling "self-soothing" stage with our 9 month old...we decided that it was time for him to consistently go to sleep on his own...instead of being rocked!! Poor little guy just keeps crying and crying and did I mention that he's crying!! I love my boys and it's killing me to sit here and listen to him cry! You would think that it wouldn't be THIS hard on me...I've already been through this once...but it is breaking my heart!! I know that I have to be strong though...otherwise he'll be 30 and I'll still be rocking him to sleep!! Just keep us in your thoughts and prayers that we won't loose our sanity and that this phase will be short lived!!

Well the boys are down for he night and the silence sounds so good!! I think I'll go curl up in my cozy blanket on the couch and watch some TV while I wait for my hubby to get home from the b-ball game!! I am glad the season is almost over! He does the radio commentary for one of the high schools in town so he has had to go to ALL the games...well...atleast the ones with radio coverage!! Well, I better take advantage of this time and go watch what I want on TV while I can!!

Work...a necessary evil!!

If only I could find a job that consisted of someone paying me to stay home with my boys!! With out having to add other's children to the mix!! Ahh...the longings of a mother!! I think it's only natural for a mother to want to be a stay at home mom...actually...it kind of hurts my feelings because I have to pay someone to spend more time with my kids than I get to! I am thir mother...I should be the one taking care of them, teaching them, watching them learn and grow! It's just not fair!! The harsh reality is that we have to have 2 full time incomes in order for us to provide for our 2 boys!! Well, I guess I'll step down off my soap box for now...but if you know how I feel and/or agree/disagree with me on this let me know!!

Today I took my 9 month old to get pictures!! We really got some good ones...but man am I tired! I'll post some pictures soon!! Oh...big news...I have decided to cut my hair!! I finally found a cut I think I can live with! Here it is....let me know what you think!

I am also excited about getting a chance to play softball this summer...our church used to have a coed team but then all the ladies started having babies and so...for the past 3 years we've only had a guys team...this year we are hoping to have enough people to possibly have both a guys team and a coed team!! I better start working out so I can get in shape!! It's been 3 years since I've played ball...and several months since I've worked out!! Let's just say I have my work cut out for me!! I mean...let's face it...I've had 2 babies within these past 3 years...I am definitely out of shape!! I am out of breath just thinking about running the bases!! At least I have a couple of months before ball season gets here!!! Maybe there is hope for me yet!!

I have been looking for my camera since Sunday and I can't find it anywhere...it's not in the house...it's not in the car...it's not in my purse or the boys diaper bag...I am starting to get worried about it!! The last place I had it was my sister's house for her daughter's birthday party! I thought I had it when I left...but maybe I laid it down while I was getting the boys and their stuff together! I'll have to ask her to check around for me...but I am lost without it...I really wanted to post some of the pictures I had taken this week end...but I guess they will have to wait!

Oh my word...I was looking through the pictures on my computer and I cam across this one of my husband and I at bible school a couple of years ago!! This brings back fun memories...just thought I would share...plus the banner behind us has a great encouraging word!!

This week end has been...well...anything but a nice relaxing time with the family!! I have just about pulled my hair completely out!! My stress level has been off the charts!! My boys have both been really fussy and grumpy!! I don't think they've been sleeping very good...actually I know they haven't!! I am hoping that they will do better since they have been back to their daily schedule today...week ends are hard on the little guys...especially when they are used to a certain routine!! Somehow through all of this I think God is trying to teach me patience...It is often a hard lesson to learn and I'm not sure I am doing a good job of it!!! I do know that "this too shalll pass"!!It's times like these that reminds me of one of my favorite praise and worship songs...so I will leave you with the encouraging words!!

God will make a way where there seems to be no way. He works in ways we cannot see...He will make a way for me. He will be my guide and draw me closely to His side. With love and strenght for each new day He will make a way. God will make a way!!

Why are 2 year olds so defiant?!? Mine will listen fairly well to "daddy" but for some reason thinks he has to see how far he can push things with me!! Oh well...no matter what he does he is still one of my babies!! My 9 month old is learning so fast!! He wants to follow his bubby around and do what he does!! They are so cute together!! I couldn't ask for better gifts than the 2 of them!!

It is finally here...the moment we've all been waiting for...the time when the girl scout cookies arrive!! I love girl scout cookies...I bought 4 boxes this year in hopes that they might last for a little while!! Nothin' says lovin' like a big ol' glass of milk and a box of your favorite girl scout cookies!!

Is laundry ever done?!?!

It's the classic question that women have been asking since the beginning of time...or at least since people washed their clothes!! I have been doing laundry ever since I got home from work and I'm still not done...and who's idea was it to make the dryer take twice as long as the washer...seriously...I'm thinking about getting another dryer to keep up with the clothes I am washing!! Oh well...if I ever got all of the laundry finished what would I do with my time....oh yeah...I know...scrapbook!!!! Speaking of scrapbooking....here is a page out of my album!!

This is a page from my senior trip in high school...we went to New York and I was fortunate enough to be able to see the twin towers in person before the 9/11 tragedy.

I just wanted to keep the page layout clean cut so the main focus would be the twin towers...I would love to go back to New York to see the new skyline. I think it would be awesome to be able to show my boys the comparison one day! Just think...these pictures are a window into our history...our children will never be able to see these things if WE don't preserve the memories!!

Today has been....well....definetly a Monday....work was busy and the computers didn't want to cooperate but there have definetly been worse days!! I am getting excited about getting a chance to catch up on my scrapbooking. I haven't really had much time for it since my youngest was born...(9 months ago)...I have so many ideas in my head and so many new pictures to scrap!! Soon I will begin posting pictures of some of the pages I've done. Until then I will leave you with a few pictures of my precious boys!! No matter how bad my day might be, just knowing that I get to come home to these smiling faces makes it all worth it!

Today is Valentine's day...and I was surprised when I got home from work with a gift...I wan't expecting anything...and now my husband is gone to pick up the rest of my gift...he says it's from the boys!! Hopefully he's not expecting anything big...the boys and I got him cards and some of his favorite candy!! Life is full of unexpected yet exciting surprises!! I am planning on uploading some pictures later.....more to come!!
